Return Policy (RMA)

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA’s) numbers are provided by CPAC to repair, replace or refund the cost of defective items.  CPAC, at their discretion, reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the cost of any defective items. 

To apply for an RMA please fill out and fax back CPAC's ONLINE RMA FORM to our RMA department for review.  RMA’s are only good for ten days and product must be returned to CPAC, or a CPAC designated third party, within that period.  Items not returned within the 10-day return period will likely be denied a refund or credit.  Replacements are shipped promptly upon receipt and testing of defective merchandise.
