Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA’s) numbers are provided by CPAC to repair, replace or refund the cost of defective
items. CPAC, at their discretion, reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the cost of any defective items. In most cases where it concerns new
product that falls under a manufacture warranty, if the customer has had the product for more than 30-days then the customer must apply directly to the
original manufacture for an RMA or warranty service. CPAC will assist the customer on replacing defective “new “product acquired thru manufacture
distribution channels within the first 30 days of purchase. In the event an end user purchases an item that is “used” then CPAC will repair, replace or refund
the purchase cost of the defective item within the first 90-days of purchasing. All product sold to a Reseller is covered against defects by a 30-day
warranty.
RMA's are not issued for items that have been improperly installed, abused, or miss-handled. Additionally, CPAC may elect not to issue an RMA in the case
of a customer mistakenly ordering a wrong item. In rare instances, wrongly/mis-ordered
unopened items may be eligible for an
Authorized RMA but only within 15-days of the customer receiving product.
Note: Most manufacturers will not accept the return of product that has the factory seal broken. CPAC approved RMA’s for wrongly/mis-ordered
product is subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges. All items must be returned in the original factory packaging and be in complete and
undamaged condition. CPAC will charge back to the purchaser for missing or broken items. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for safe
shipping to CPAC at their expense. CPAC encourages the purchaser to insure the shipment of such goods against loss or damage. CPAC will not provide a credit
or refund for any items that are returned damaged or lost in transit.
To apply for an RMA please fill out and fax back CPAC's
ONLINE RMA FORM
to our RMA department for review. RMA’s are only good for ten days and product must be returned to CPAC, or a CPAC designated third party, within that
period. Items not returned within the 10-day return period will
likely be denied a refund or credit. Replacements are shipped promptly upon receipt and testing of
defective merchandise.
