Technician
Job description: At CPAC we believe in supporting the cutting edge we sell to our customers. We are in need of certified, technicians for our ever-increasing corporate customer base. This job involves supporting and working closely with customers, as well as interfacing with our sales reps. A high degree of product technical knowledge and professionalism is required
Requirements: Demonstrated ability and technical expertise as well as good communication skills. Related degree (computer repair, CNE and MCSE Certification, technical service, computer programming) definitely preferred but not necessary. Knowledge of IBM, HP or Compaq system a must. A+ Certification required.

Sales Representative
Job description: Our Sales’ team is seeking motivated individuals to market our product into new and existing accounts. The Sales Representative will seek out new opportunities, via the telephone, account development, prospecting, cold calling, quoting, sourcing equipment, customer service and supporting outside representatives within the Telecommunication, System Integration, Retail, Distribution, e-commerce, and Catalog industries. These positions offer a great opportunity for individuals with little or no sales experience and/or technical background. This position does require strong interpersonal communication skills, strong customer service skills and the ability to work with people. Traveling is very limited in this position. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in selling computer products and technical solutions in a client/server environment. Must have good telephone presentation skills and the ability to close transactions.
