 Service& Maintenance Agreements

down. No problem, sign up for a CPAC Service Agreement and receive
regularly scheduled maintenance as well as unplanned event calls at a
discount off the normal hourly rate.
Computer systems and networks, like your family automobile, need
periodic maintenance to keep them running smoothly and to avert
expensive repairs or disasters.
Computer maintenance is not only a smart thing to do but is recommended
by all software and hardware manufactures. Things like viruses,
failing disk drives and system errors can make your network perform poorly and even lead to system crashes.
CPAC Service Agreements are available to local businesses on a
quarterly, semi-annually or annual basis. A few of the items
covered under the maintenance portion of the Agreement include:
Monthly basis:
Update virus software. Check system backup for correct functionality. Verify that all system drives are operative and functioning normally. Verify percentage of free disk space in servers and desktops.
Quarterly Basis:
Of course your Agreement also covers those unplanned events like:
System installation or relocation, network failures, loading of new
software’s, system failures/repairs, etc.
